Did you recently change the front tire or remove the wheel for any reason? Loosen the pinch bolts and axle, bounce the front end a few times, then tighten back to spec. |

No Chess, No "Boinkin", just Oinkin' Hmmm, apparently no one else has that goin' on. It's done it since new, June 1 and 5600 miles ago. I haven't changed the tires yet or done anything else up there. hmmm (Message edited by metalrabbit on October 26, 2009) |

Oh, They're ready,, a couple hundred miles ago,, but I gunna let it sit on those tires all winter instead of a new set. |

looks like you need to de-oink your bike. do a search as we've covered the de-oinking to death in other threads.

They actually called it "de-oinking",LMAO! dugger, your just not good on tires!! How do you afford new sets all the time?! Hell, I'm a plumber an I can't go there,sheesh! |

I didn't see anything under "de-oink", or anything like that. gawd, I shoulda left this thing on the showroom floor,, then I wouldn't have to come here! |

There's a lot of "tire-snobs" here. I got 15k out of my first front tire. Granted I pushed it a bit far, but I got a LITTLE paycheck these days. I also try to get at least 6k out of a rear tire. I get a clunk in my forks sometimes, no oink, from one of the interior sliders that moves a bit. Z |
