Can someone tell me where it is? It is not the same as the online manual. |

Are you serious? 2 threads on this? Not sure what's worse---double thread on this subject or that you can't find the coolant tank. I'll bet the online manual shows the coolant tank under the right pod. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/506944.html?1256337668 |

Dear Fresnobuell. I dont know about your CR but under my right pod I see the header pipes. Perhaps you mean "In the right pod" or perhaps behind the right pod might work. The manual shows a sight glass in the right pod but there is no such thing in mine. Perhaps the Aussie ones are different. I do not have a manual for mine as Harley lost it so thanks for your sarcastic lack of assistance. I am new to this whole forum thing so I am sorry to have my fears concerned about this being an outlet for the likes of you. There is nothing on my CR to suggest that it lives in the Pod. I really hope you need some help one day of an engineering nature as I an sure I will not be here to help. Goodbye from me |

Romano, They do mean 'in the right pod'. If you look into the pod with a flashlight, you'll see whitish circle about the size of a small coin. I believe that's the sight glass. |

Sorry...IN the pod. Here's what the online manual states along with a helpful illustration... Checking and Adding Coolant in Expansion Tank 1. See Outer Shroud Fasteners. Remove six screws from the outer shroud of the right cowling. Remove the outer shroud. |
