I took a ride to a Harley only dealer on saturday. Buells were out in full force I saw 4 others in the short time I was there and 2 on the expressway going in the other direction. We exchanged information at the dealer and had some Harley guys come over to tell us how sorry they were about the whole thing. They told us they were shocked at the choice Harley made. The poor marketing Harley always had for Buells. One came over and said you guys are the Harley riders of tomorrow and can't believe Harley closed the door on you. This was just a few guys we met in a parking lot but I know this goes much deeper. We are not alone in this. | ||

Yesterday I was a Daytona Harley/Buell and the mood wasn't any different, Geico had a tent right in the main entrance and the rep stated that next year they're looking for another brand to sponsor their race team. Some of the sales people at the dealership couldn't believe the decision of shutting the Buell brand down. |
