The worst part... ..I'll be debt free by about March, and could have a pretty good hole burnt into my pocket by the time the 09' 1125S is available. (obligatory pic)

Great day, and i loved that bike. It's a shame they wouldn't lower the price anymore. I need to wait a while anyway to get a new buell. |

What in the world is that? I see an old cannondale mtn bike single front shock style action going, with 1125R 1/4 fairing and a lighting powerplant with whatever the heck that thing is on the side. Absolutely crazy! ... Maybe I can do that with the Blast! I'll have to check out that website. |

My guess on the belt drive off the left side is for some sort of supercharger. |

Here is my latest project-polished front modules. I'm also going to paint her this winter. I decided to go gloss black with a medium copper flake, just enough to catch the light and not be too distracting. I hope it matches the wheels well...It's gonna be pretty cool.
what do ya think Mike?

Kevin That explains why we can never get you out rinding, you spend all your time polishing. But the improved laminar air flow over the polished surface as opposed to the raw surface you might of picked up an additional 0.3 mph on top end. well worth the effort. I'll order you some Harley tank badges for Christmas. You do know there are at least three different ways of adding accents to your black paint METAL FLAKE - BIG AND CHUNKY like a custom van from th seventies METALLIC - fine and the common use in cars today PEARL - usually not noticed til hit by the light very subtle. my (cough cough) white bike has pearl in he paint. this is just info if you did not know already. LOOKS GOOD so far and at least your tires will last longer. (Message edited by S1wmike on December 15, 2007) |
