I have the 16.5, just got a 14.7 shock and need the mount. Somebody out there has to have one of these. |

I *think* I have one. What length was the original shock on a '00 M2? Pretty sure is was the 14.5, been a while since I changed it,but I DO have the take-off here. The mount is for the non-remote chamber model. |

Are you talking about one without a resivoir? The shock I have has a resivoir. I don't know if the mount would be different or not. |

This is the one you need: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-BUELL-SHOCK-MOU NT-RECALL-0824-94004Y_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3 286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem4cea6cddbeQQitemZ33035051 7694QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories The 2000 M2 had the 16.5 w/o reservoir. It will not fit. |

You could have a welder extend the front mount 2" to fitthe shorter shock... |
