Didn't get a chance to do much with it as we were just unboxing it (since we're totally sold out of Ulys right now)...but the RSS? Reminds me of an 1125CR pod when looking down from the drivers seat. It's *out there* to the front. Looks good though. Front O2 is...definitely there. From what I could tell at my quick glance, the LSS appears the same as before. Didn't get the opportunity to pull the seat, since the fly/windscreens ship taped to the rab rails and hold the seat down. New tires are...funky looking. Guess I'll get used to 'em (the Pirelli Angel) after looking at 'em for a while. |

Sounds cool. The tires sound interesting. Evidently, the tread pattern is supposed to change as the tire wears: http://www.pirellityre.com/web/motorcycle/tyres/an gelst/default.page (Message edited by hughlysses on August 03, 2009) |

s'ok, Joe...it's not set up. You can't have it yet even if you want it I'm hoping, though, that it'll be set up by the weekend.... |

After spending a few hours at Smoky Mountain HD to get another set of bearings put in while on vacation, I want a real solution. |

I haven't had any fail but I'm going to slap the 2010 rear wheel on. It's a fairly simple deal and I'm eager to see how it does. |

Joe - get me more information on your new failure. Do you still have the dead bearings, or did the dealer keep 'em? Send me the info in a PM, or email me at jgoetz@hdoffrederick.com. |

Court, let me know if you're going to sell your old wheel. If so, I'd be interested........ |

Send me an e-mail and remind me. I likely will. For the record the ONLY part number needed to upgrade to the 2010 wheel is: G1309.1AKYBQ |

Anyone have a part number yet for just the RHS without the entire kit? |

For the record the ONLY part number needed to upgrade to the 2010 wheel is: G1309.1AKYBQ $336.00. Wow... I can't believe how reasonably priced that is. That is one of the things I REALLY appreciate about Buell. That kit would be $1500.00 from some other manufacturers. |

That part number is correct. It includes EVERYTHING needed for the swap. I figured, net of selling my stock wheel, I'll be in for less than $200. Mine's on the way. |

It includes EVERYTHING needed for the swap. WOW- that includes the rear wheel too??? Another question: Are the bearing already pressed into the wheel? If not that requires some potential tool purchase. |

We've got multiple threads on this same issue . . . bottom line is I **THINK** the part number is all inclusive. Mine's on the way . . . you'll know when I do. |

Do you think that means it includes new bolts for the rotor and pulley since they are not reusable?? |

Hey Joe- Does it look like the blinkers will swap for the 09's and earlier? Hate watching mine bounce at idle. Thanks Sam |

I haven't taken tools to 'em yet but they look like a direct swap. |

Thanks I appreciate it. Going to order some I think. Like the look but wish they were LED. |

I hate the look of the new 2010 signals, part of the reason I picked an 09 CR over 10. The 09 LED Signals are still available for like $45 a side if you wanted them. Here are the 2010 part numbers if you are looking to swap. Y0503.7AA TURN SIGNAL, LEFT FRONT Retail Price:$17.40 Y0504.7AA TURN SIGNAL, RIGHT FRONT Retail Price:$17.40 Y0526.7AA TURN SIGNAL, LEFT REAR Retail Price:$17.40 Y0527.7AA TURN SIGNAL, RIGHT REAR Retail Price:$17.40 |

Freakin' turn signals are getting expensive! They used to be something like five bucks each. Those money grubbers are getting greedy. |

Nah. S2 signals, when you could get 'em, were $12 or so. Not bad, considering all the improvements to the reflector optics (the new buggers are BRIGHT). |

The better be as ugly as they look in the pics. So much for every other bike switching to Buell signals. |
