Great Lakes is no top level NHRA track! A fun local track, but far from the top. If you can run a 9.36 there, Lord knows what you could run at a good track. |

Thanks Imonabuss, Great Lakes Dragway is no airport runway. Many factors and accounted for when I race. I dial the bike in for optimal performance for track conditions. |

same here- i race at Lebanon Valley Dragway, which is an NHRA track. I have friends who have gone down to MIROC (Maryland) and run a FULL second faster. LV is near Albany NY and sits at 600ft, but corrected altitude is always 1500ft and higher. Who knows, maybe Mike would be flirting with 8s at the right track on the right day.... |
