OK I am looking at two bikes a 2000 xp and a 2003 xb9s. Both are the same price but I have never owned a buell, which one is the best to get. ie most comfortable (6ft 230) and easiest to work on. |

Agree...something with the bigger engine. I'm 6ft. 240 and like the XB12R. I think I would have been not so happy with an XB9. Mike |

I'm 6'2" 175 and am very comfortable for a few hundred miles on my 05 XB12R. I have the Buell rider pegs (1in. lower). |

he is looking at a XB9...NINE!!! not a 12, and is asking an opinion on those two bikes cause they are the same price. you guys are telling him "go spend the extra thousand bucks or so and get a bigger motored bike." I'm 6'5" 200 lbs. I have ridden a 9s and it is very comfortable. The only time that i would say get a bigger bike if when you weigh over 350 lbs. The 9S i road had tons of pep in it. |

Jrk. - We know, he hasn't bought yet...and are recommending the 12 over the 9..! Considering his overall size. I, like others feel he'd be happier with more power than the 9 will give him. Mike |
