For sale is my 1999 Buell X1 Lightning. It is red with black wheels. Mostly stock, bars have been changed to a more upright set, has supertrapp muffler, both fenders and belt guard have been eliminated. Switched to M2 tail light/plate light with angled plate bracket from american sport bike I believe. Bike has roughly 13500 miles on it and is running great. I just did all rocker box gaskets. Tires are fair and should last at the least the rest of this riding season depending on your habits. I just bought a sportster so the girlfriend can be a little more comfortable when we ride, otherwise I'd be keeping this bike. Truth be told I was going to chop the X1, I mean that's why I bought it but it turned out to be too nice so I just enjoyed riding it instead. I would say condition is easily a 8 of 10. Open to offers on this bike, I need to recover some money from my sporty purchase. I am located in southeast Michigan, approx 6 miles from Toledo Ohio, and a 40min drive south of Detroit Michigan.
