Nice work! The factory ground, IF clean and star lockwashered, is more than capable of passing all the current that battery can make. I would be more concerned with the rear subframe grounding to the mainframe. Yes it's metal-to-metal but those metals are aluminum, notorious for degrading connections over time. If you back the subframe bolts out and re-torque, that should give a cleaner connection. Also there's a bonding strap on the top rear engine mount under the airbox that I haven't seen addressed here. That should be cleaned and refit with dielectric grease also. |

Or Do a voltage drop test to verify the ground potential, or lack there of. |
