That sucks. 30 minute endurance races start at 12:30. The 3 hour endurance race starts between 2-2:30. | ||

CAUTION! To all you West River Road fans it seems they have started to tear up parts of the road for repair toward the Valley City end of things. I had a fun time with the loose asphalt and gravel on my way home today. | ||

Yeah, they've been working on 303 from 83 to Valley City for a while. Think about it this way, next spring, West River will be a perfectly groomed roller coaster! I almost lost it in West Lake in a construction when the front end washed out. I stabbed my foot down in time to save me from going down at 25 mph, but f'd my knee up more in the process... Fun stuff. | ||

I hit West River quite a few times this fall. It's not as fun as Southeast Ohio and WVa! We've got to do more trips down there next year. There are some nice turns in the Metro Parks for a little practice. | ||

I lowsided around a tight corner between Berea and Strongsville. It was a mixture of me going too fast, being too cold for the speed I was going and the stupid peg being way to low (I think the peg grabbed and that's what led to the lay down). I'm good, just a few bruises (full gear saved my a**) and I rode the bike home  The throttle got messed up, but that was about it, Blasts are awsome! | ||

Well that's cool then. I remember now Steve saying you were dragin pegs when we were all hanging out at mid ohio. The solution seems like a simple one. Time for a bike upgrade! | ||

I wish I could make the meet at WRHD but I will be busy that weekend. My bike might be there though. The rear rocker box is starting to steadily leak oil. I am going to get it in and let the warranty handle this one as tempted as I am to get my grubby mits on it. Gene you said you had service done at Avon? How were they, seemed to know the Uly? | ||

Next year I'll have the riding gear to handle riding in the 40's. I'm still losing weight so I don't wanna spend a bunch of money on stuff that I can't wear very long. I'm already on my third jacket this year cuz they keep getting too big. | ||

It was a great ride, a little cold, but nothing I couldn't handle. The roads were surprisingly clean, I imagine it was all the rain last night. Anyone else been out riding lately. | ||

Wish i could Us_uly! Wife's workin and i'm home with the baby and my 14yr old is over for the weekend. Between makin bottles, changin diapers and trying to figure out that damn ipod touch i bought my son for christmas, i'm gonna need a stiff drink tomorrow night!lol! Gonna get some grips, taller windshield, tuono mirrors and the triple tail bag in a few weeks though! Gotta add something over the winter! Gonna Drummer my muffler too. Just gotta get some exhaust packing from the local cycle shop and then start cutting and welding! It's really not that much "magic" involved like everyone makes it out to be!
