That I do myself. The parts department is knowledgable and friendly and will see to it that you get what you're looking for even if not in stock. HD parts are pricey, got a couple float bowl screws and an O-ring for the bowl and paid like $12 bucks. Recently completed RidersEdge through them to fulfill state Licensure requirements as of 9/09. Great inventory and showroom and friendly employees w/ lots of events. If you are financeable, it's likely they can get you on an HD. It's gonna be awhile fore I can upgrade from the 500 though.
