Not bashing, just curious. I've been to three track days this season already,(all at NJMP) and i've yet to see any Buell motorcycles what so ever on the track. Are there any Team Pro Motion members on BWB? You would love the new track. http://www.njmotorsportspark.com/ |

You've obviously intimidated them into staying home. |

I've been at NJMP on 3-28,29 then on 4-25,26 againg on 5-23,24 with Team Promotion. Look for a white trailer with Buell Racing on the side. I'll be back at NJMP for the All Revved up weekend on 6-13,14 Normally there's two of us, myself and Joe, but more keep showing up. There's also Pete M. from under the Black Hat has been there several times with his 1125r. We usually park on the far side of the garages at Thunderbolt. Stop by and say Hello! come to Barber, Jennings or Road Atlanta, Blackhawk Farms or Road America and lots of other tracks across the country. NJ is kind of far for me. have fun and lay a smackdown on those IL4's. tim |

I have my 1125r at the track nearly every weekend! I don't do the public track days, though -- too crazy! I'm usually at a much lower key "member day" at a private road course. |

I was one of two Buells at NJMP during the most recent California Superbike School (May 11). |

Got back on track this weekend for the first time since January. Rode the local track, SMRI Albuquerque for the first time. It was a track day and there was another 1125R there. He was completely stock, taped up and having fun. There were also some street riders on 1125R's that stopped by to watch. |

I am going to New Jersey Motor Park on Monday, June 15. There is a two day track day Monday and Tuesday, sponsored by Tony's Trackdays. Would be nice to see some Buelligans there. I am told it is a really nice track. |

I've no familiarity with the Lightning track, but the Thunderbolt track is AWESOME! By the way, who named these courses? Badwebbers?? |

The joe that walt speaks of is on an 1125 and is also a Tpm coach. Not hard to find him. Just a tad difficult to catch him |

The courses were named because of the air field there.. In WWII it was an Army-Aircorps field, and you'll never guess what kinds of planes they housed there prior to sending them and their pilots off to war... Lighting is faster, shorter and has more sweeping turns including a couple of huge, long right handers; The LightBlub which is a long banked right hander that feeds you back onto the front straight. and a mid-field gentle sweeper that starts as you crest a 'hump' and flows under the bridge to a short, sharp left hand turn. It's a pretty fun course.. I'll let you know if I remembered it correctly (even tough I gave the turns above out of order).. I'll be there Saturday the 13th and then at VIR the weekend of the 20th (shooting pictures) and riding on Monday the 22nd.. |

I ride with TPM all the time (black Triumph 675 #405). There have been plenty of 1125s out this season. One of the coaches rides an 1125 (2 out my 3 days this season). As someone else said, good luck catching him. On the 23rd there was a guy riding in the blue group (orange dealer like trailer with a race bodied 1125 and street 1125). He crashed out hard in the first session... Honestly I'm starting to see more Buells at the track, not less. NJMP: These two tracks in NJ are wonderful. They are fun to ride, have tons of run off, offer good services, and have a pretty welcoming staff (assuming you are not doing wheelies in the pits etc). Its worth the trip! My next date there is June 14th. Stop by and say hello. (Message edited by PatrickMitchell on June 01, 2009) |

The white 1125r is so fast that maybe your not catching them as they go by. |

> The white 1125r is so fast that maybe your not catching them as they go by. Nah, I don't look back on the track, and therefore, never see white bikes except when coming up on them as lap traffic! Black is the fastest color! |
