I've made an executive decision based on people's thoughts. We will hit the museum on Thursday AM. This will allow time for folks to ride to bike night with the gang from Hal's. STANDS UP FROM HAL'S ON THURSDAY MORNING AT 10:30 AM. If time permits and there's interest, we could take a ride north to see the Capitol dr. HD Motor plant and the PDC after the Museum. It'll be freeway riding, so it should go quick. | ||

I beleive it was like 16 bucks to get into the musuem. It was pretty cool, they have the very first harley there, serial number 1. Can you imagine what that is worth? There are some of us coming down from Appleton on Friday for the factory tour and going to the track on Sat. Hope to see some of you there. If anybody needs a place to stay you are more than welcome at my place. Not very far from the race track, just pm me. | ||

I believe it's 16 bucks, but if we can get 15 or more, we can get a group rate of 12.00. I'm going to call there this week and see if they can do better than the 16.00. (Message edited by Buellinachinashop on May 24, 2009) | ||

Got the PM - but I'm coming out for my Mom's return home next Friday from knee surgery and 3 weeks of rehab. I can only make it to Homecoming if she's doing OK. Got the plane ticket back home the Tuesday after Homecoming "just in case..." | ||

Kim and I are planning to do as much as we can while we're up there. I gotta start collecting street addresses for the campground, the dealer, the track, the factory...and get 'em all plugged into my Garmin (mount is on the way for the S2). Everyone cross your fingers for Kim - she wants to get some practice in on her new M2L before we head up, so she can ride with us instead of being stuck on the back of my S2 again! | ||

Its no trailer queen. Just very well taken care of. I've only ridden it 2 miles this year thats it. Rocco gave me a hand with it Sunday. Then yesterday I took it for a couple mile ride to warm it up and change the fluids.... thats it. Just not really excited much anymore. | ||

I'm going to be there. I am reserving a tent site at the track as soon as I finish this communique. The track will give you a tent site from 7:00 AM Thursday until a 1/2 hour past the last race Sunday and admission on all those days for $110.00 if you book before midnight tonight. Is anyone else camping at the track ? | ||
