Anyone know if the fuel injector o-rings are available separately? I need a lower o-ring and the local HD dealer is saying i can only get it with the injector. does anyone know the size of the o-ring so i can purchase one elsewhere... |

Um let me see, You don't need to buy them together just a standard one will work. Not black ones, You need orange or green one's. Take one to napa or any local part store and you can specify fuel injection o-ring and can easily match it up. |

I think I read somewhere that a lot of the injector parts are ford-derived. |

According to my '01 X-1 parts manual: O-ring, fuel injector-inlet (upper) 27337-99Y O-ring, fuel injector-outlet (lower) 27338-99y Handwritten notes in my parts manual (from posts here) show new part numbers as P0028.02A8 (upper) and P0029.02A8 (lower). And find a new dealer. |

thanks all for the info- I hate my local dealer. They now only sell harley (no more buell) but their other location which does sell buell is about 45mins to an hr away and with limited time is hard to get to sometimes. I hate Harley part guys! |
