These spy photo's must have been snuck out of the elves workshop! They sure have been busy considering the mess. Buell going back to basics with a Tuber fairing, and also, an ALL NEW inline four! This model will probably will be replacing the blast...
HA HA, Made you look! There ARE no new models for 2010! Hopefully the factory is spending it's R&D money on resolving the surging issue with the '08 and '09 models! |

"Hopefully the factory is spending it's R&D money on resolving the surging issue with the '08 and '09 models!" Er, you mean the '03+ models? Holding your breath would probably not be a wise decision. ~SM |

Agreed, what surging issues? About to break 40k on my 06, no issues, and I borrowed a 09 for about a week, put 1000 miles on it, no issues. |

Well, I don't know; a surging issue may be about to develop. I mean, I only had 34,000 miles on my '06 Uly. I think the surging was just waiting for the wheel bearings to take a dump before rearing its ugly head. My '08 XT is running fine, but I think it's trying to lull me into a false sense of security before springing it on me. I hope the factory figures out a cure quickly! I'd hate to have to get it fixed under warranty. |

Wasn't supposed to let the cat out of the bag, but... Been working with the elves on testing the new 1125ST
It's powered by Tecumseh, and apparently the 1125 represents 11.25 horsepower and the ST stands for SnowThrower (or Sucks to own a Tecumseh). I was just excited to see the return of the Tuber frame and the Sporty aircleaner. |

The under hood pic was probably mid-assembly considering its missing head bolts too. |

Somehow I am betting that a Fiesta will never again figure in anything Buell does . . . call it a hunch.

I had a 1972 Honda Z600. It was tiny car powered by an air cooled Honda motorcycle engine that was... you guessed it.... 600cc. A blindingly fast 30 hp. I think the Smart cars should be using big V-twins instead of that Mistubishi 3 cylinder. I think they'd get more power and similar MPG to what they are now. The custom ones with the inline 4 literbike engines are ungodly fast. ~SM |

There is a guy that has a Z600 Bonneville car powered by a 1200cc snow machine engine...it is the worlds fastest pull-start car!!! |

Actually, my stock Z was pretty quick, considering the shape the engine was in. It was at least as fast as one of the first Saturn sedans, which were 90 hp. Of course, I think the Z600 weighed in around 1400 lbs. The directions for removing the engine (found in the back of the manual) had diagrams of dropping the frame out to the ground (4 bolts), lifting the front of the car by hand, and rolling it back away from the engine. ~SM |
