its been over a week since i got caught in a terrible storm on my 08 "X", rode around 200 miles in it to get home... there is still water in the tail light, it doesnt look like its going away even after being parked in the sun to try and bake it out. no idea how it got in there, it looks sealed airtight. Is there a way to open it up to dry it out? thanks, Glen |

Yes, drill a small hole as this will forever keep it from holding water and keep it vented so no condensate will gather either. |

Warranty it. If you fix it, they lose the opportunity to identify problem parts. There may be a few dozen lights subject to collecting water. |
