Well - I just bought a new PC and I'm having a problem - several sites where I have a registered user name will not recognize my password. Here too? |

No problems here !!! :-) Anyone have any idea if there is anything in my settings that would stop sites from now recognizing my password(s)? |

S3t... check your security settings / cookie blocking. If a site can't set cookies, it will generally look like they did not recognize your password. Domains should be allowed to read their own cookies, that is just getting back information they gave you in the first place. Mostly. It's complicated.

Trying to log-on to another site - I received the "cookies" message there. I went back an lowered the sensitivity, and sure enough - bingo. I was slow getting back to this site, but thought I'd let you know you were right - and thanks for taking time to reply to my issue. THUNDERBOLTS RULE!!!! |
