I'm thinking about going to a bar-end mirror and taking off the stock ones since they are pretty worthless.. The bar ends will take care of the mirror but i'm wondering what my options are for turn signals?? anyone else done this or have any suggestions?? Thanks, Alton |

Do a search... This was discussed a month or so ago. There were options from mini-signals that are almost flush mount in the stock mirror locations, as well as a person or two that have replaced their marker lights in the headlight assembly with amber bulbs wired to the signal leads. |

I did the marker light conversion. It works pretty well. The only thing about it is that it's not really easy for drivers to see at your 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock because the reflectors are facing straight forward. I have some extra bulbs and could probably walk you through the wiring too if you have questions. I made mine so that I could go back to stock if I sold the bike or the cops started hastling me about it. |

This probably won't help you cause mine is a CR, but this is what I did...
What mirrors are you going to use? I dig the rizoma's, but there kinda spendy. Rob (Message edited by carbonbigfoot on April 16, 2009) |

I spoke to Al at American Sport Bike a couple of weeks ago about this. He said he should have a kit for us soon. It will use the existing running lite sockets and have block off plates for the old mirrors. |
