As MMMike has said, DUI is not funny, and I have arrested a more than a few folks for it.

#2 on the list is the guy I arrested twice in one shift for DUI. His BAC was in the .35 range the first time, and about .18 the second. Good news is he got the message, and stopped drinking.

#1 is the guy who was quite upset at being stopped, demanding to know why he was being pulled over. I had him turn around and look at the 6' by 10' road sign, with posts, on the top of his car. His immediate response: "Geeze, I hope no one was hurt in the accident."

Court: I have conducted a lot of roadside screening tests over the years, but have NEVER had someone tilt it back to try to drink it like that guy! LOL Cool!
