I run the Rider's Edge program at a Harley-Davidson (not Buell) dealership in Mesa, Arizona. We've just taken in a 2006 Ulysses (Nov 05 build date). Seems to be in good shape. I took it for a test ride runs well, 13k miles, side cases & top box included. It's on the curb at $4995. Via an unexpected wheelie, I note that '06s have quicker low end throttle response than '08s. The bike does not seem to have anything the matter. It does not even need tires. If I could justify a seventh bike, I think that I'd get it. I thought about classifieds, but I figured that this was more of a niche thing. As if all Buells are not niche bikes. I'll post a notice there too. Dang, that's a killer deal. I wish it had come up back in January after my deer strike. Somebody should act fast. My totaled '06 was black, so it woulda been a perfect replacement. As it is, I'm stuck with the orange... --Doc | ||

$4995 for a bike 1 month younger than mine ( mines Oct 05 build). That seems like a killer price to me. What a perfect opportunity for someone to fly and ride. | ||

Got a friend that rides a beemer (and a klr and a ...) who lusts after my Uly. Last bike he bought was an eBay fly and ride from New England to Cali. Took him about a month to get back home traveling the U. S. of A. I'm forwarding the link to him... | ||
