Yep, You'll probably have to eat the shipping at least up front. Stick it to these ebay slime. File with paypal...if you did use them. If you didn't, shame on you. |

Even if you DID use PayPal, you may not get your money back. I got scammed by a guy a few years ago and filed a report with ebay and PayPal to get my money back. They conducted an investigation, determined that I was entitled to a refund, but could take no action because this @$$hole didn't have any money in has bank account. |

Hate to say this, but he's the ebay seller for Badweb sponsor CycleConnection Harley-Davidson/Buell's take-off parts. Contacting either Scott Hudson or Nancy Hudson at Cycle Connection will net you a problem resolution. They are stand-up people. Trann married into the family, and is a thorough and complete douchebag. And he knows precisely this much {} about motorcycles. |

And if it's a take-off, and not replaced with custom parts, it's off a wrecked bike, guaranteed. |

Well I called him and he would not respond to my call. I left a message to call me back. He is now mad at me because i bid on the one he re-listed with the same picture as mine. I won the bid and all i want is the near perfect one i bid on in the first place. He just says send it back and he will refund my money but i need this part to make my bike complete |

Are you saying this guy's got the money off you twice?? He's laughing. You can chase all you want. You've got a muffler that you don't like and he's got your money, twice. Good luck. |

Sigh. Contacting either Scott Hudson or Nancy Hudson at Cycle Connection will net you a problem resolution. They are stand-up people. I dunno how much more clear I can make it, other than to offer a phone number. 877-545-8964 Trann is a douche, and a moron, and does not know how to evaluate if the parts he is selling you are any good or not. Chances are, if he's selling you a sub-frame (Muffler?) it's off a wrecked bike (and probably one of their retired XB race bikes), and was replaced for some reason. He doesn't have a "near-perfect" one. He never did. And he will just avoid you until you go away. Ask for Scott Hudson. If they transfer you away, tell them you're Mark Denney or tell them you're the dealer principle at 0490 or something. When he picks up, explain your issue. |

At least he can't leave you negative feedback for the first one.... |

I would imagine that, if you're seeing a perfect photo and getting shipped a damaged item, he has no intention of ever selling you the good one. ~SM |

Then you turn around bid and win the same item again, from the same guy, knowing it isn't as described, but you don't want to send it back because you need it to make your bike complete. What will you do if he lists it again ? Thanks for the alert about the seller. Here is a quote from Einstein. Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
