Does buell sell replacement fairings, intake box, fenders etc in different colors and if so is it cheaper to go this route in changing from yellow to black or to just get all the pieces painted? Thanks |

yeah they sell them, reasonable too. I think it would be much more expensive for an autobody shop to prep and paint them. If you did it your self, scuff, adhesion promoter and then shoot and clear; it would probably be cheaper. You could alwasy sell your old stuff to cover some of the cost. http://www.buell.com/en_us/gear/catalog/ |

Paint, make it your own if your plastics are good why buy new ones I'm sure you can find someone who is great at painting that will do it for about little or nothing, and you dont want to miss the opportunity to hang in the shop, crank the tunes and customize your bike, thats half the fun. You'll have stories to tell, you may even learn something. You can do it |
