Done about 300 miles on my 1125r since taking delivery last Friday. One thing I have noticed is that at night the lights are projecting alot of stutter as i go over imperfections in the road. I have changed the back and front suspension settings but im still getting alot of movement. I can feel literally every imperfection in the road even though my settings are set to a very light rider weight. I'm pretty heavy at 95kg's and my dealer set the bike up accordingly for me prior to delivery. I'm currently running the softest settings but still see/feel alot of movement through the handlebars and lights Is this normal? I'm a newbie to the sports bike world so maybe I need to adjust my expectations. for your info I'm not riding down rough roads, these are main roads.... |

just looked at the online manual and the recommended suspension settings are totally different to the manual I have so I'll give that a try and see if that makes riding a touch more relaxed.... |

Go with the online settings, then back off your compression just a bit. That's how I do it anyway, everyones preferences are different tho. You are gonna feel the road more tho on a sport bike vs. a cruiser type bike. "Sport" suspensions are always stiffer, weather it be bikes or cars. can't have precise cornering if you're wallowing thru the curves. |

The headlamp adjusters are a ball-and-socket set-up. If the ball comes out, the lamp will "wiggle" when you hit a bump. As Badlionsfan said tho, the 11 has a pretty stiff suspension, my lamps are tight and they still "wiggle" some. Z |

Darn that wiggle ;+} I just use it to my advantage to get the cager's attention, especially with the HID's ! |
