Damn that was fun to watch. Nice riding, way cool seeing you and the rest of the buells pulling a power wheelie going into the banking. Can't wait for Mid-O this year... |

IF YOU WIN THEY WILL COME. I watched the race with a guy who has a dish, only way to see it here in Orygun, he has a 636 Kawasaki and a 450dirt bike. He would not have had a problem with a Buell win, engine displacement difference or not especially when I told him it was a stock motor with a pipe. It's time to get on with winning there is a market to capture. |

Fabulous job guys...a great showing and a real attention getter for Buell...and as Burt Rutan would say...we eliminated a weak point in the pod mounting...fantastic comeback from disaster...
Yesterday as I was waiting for my buddies to meet me at a convenience store to go fishing, I struck up a conversation with a brace of sport riders out for an early ride....when the conversation turned to what I ride brought up my Buell...it became "that dude on the Geico Buell would have won that race"...I heartily agree...good things are coming. |

Shame that Danny got DQ'd - While it wasn't on the coverage from speed.. he was charged with passing while the safety car was out and that was it..
Wondering what the circumstances were, and IF there is a protest in the works over it.
As for he ability.. If it wasn't for the 'dealer stop' he had in the pits when whatever happened to the fairing happened.. well.. he would have had a real shot at the box.. and that .. well.. that would have been amazing. As it is.. I think Buells just went from being a curiosity to a threat on the track. They are NOT going to take the American bike lightly any more.. hehehehe.. |

Hey guys....thanks for all the positive feedback on Danny! The kid has heart so we are coming...believe that. Also remember Barney...he rode with a broken hand. So many times we forget that motorcycle racers are bad asses....he rode the Daytona 200 with a broken hand and didnt complain once. Just wanted to say thanks for all the support...my guys promised me we would be on the top of the box this year and I believe them. Hammer down Buell!!!! |

I didn't know Barney had a broken hand. And, yeah, I wouldn't expect him to complain either...LOL!
You still have the link for that bone mender stuff that I tried to get you on after your fun with your bones? Might want to get him on that ASAP so it's tacky for Fontana.

Danny E ran through the field following the safety car over what appeared to be a couple of laps. i told my wife that he was going to get penalized but DQ didn't cross my mind. when he didn't get meatballed i thought all was ok and i just had not known what was going on. just more of the safety car fiasco. get em next time Danny!!!

Danny....REALLY nice job putting that bike out front! If you didn't already notice buying into the Buell Family will bring a WHOLE LOT of fans to your side.Rabid and not so rabid.We are loyal and we are ready. Shooting from the International Horseshoe it was obvious the Pace car wasn't sure what they were doing , in fact they almost took out some riders exiting corners. Glad they aren't used everywhere. As for Barney , We Buellers are DOUBLE LUCKY!!! Barney is a PHENOMENAL rider....as tough as they come with a personality that endears everyone. He didn't just BREAK his hand....He shattered a bone that they replaced with a Titanium one.Tore all the muscles between the knuckles.Hand was swollen beyond belief , yet he taped it up and rode all weekend! Now THAT TAKES GRIT!!!! Michael is the real thing and I can guarantee if you meet this guy you will see he's as tough as Jezza and will be "Battling" with the best of them.Not to take away from the incredible skills of Shawn.....and Eric and Eric and Dan and Bryan and Schmidt.
I guess all those "Doubters" should look back at what Court has been saying all along....he knew......It's a NEW DAY in the Sandbox. THANKS GUYS , this is gonna be FUN!....PS. More pictures under "Racing" tonight. |

That's an accurate statement. I am so proud of all the Buell racers, the job they did and the way they represented Buell.

Danny had me on my feet cheering as I watched a Buell bounce from 3rd to 1st. It was still great to see a Buell finish in the top 5.
I have to admin I was REALLY disappointed in the time lost during the repair.
Note to crew... zip ties will not cut it at 180+ mph speeds. Use what NASA uses to hold down loose parts.
I'm sure hope that rad/fairing mount is being investigated. |

We're still not moved into our new place... hate Hate HATE to miss Fon-Tucky since it's just a short drive!
This weekend is Willow Springs so I'm club racing, it'd be cool to get to Fontana to watch Barney and Shawn racing.
I can't imagine running nearly 2 hours with a healing hand... but then, I'll never be at Barnes' level of skill or determination. |
