From Jlnance & Sanchez: - Fuel Pump. Affects 06 The fuel pump wiring chaffes inside the fuel tank, and eventually shorts. Depending on which wire shorts first, this will either cause the pump to run continuously (bike runs fine), or blow the fuse (bike runs not at all.) I just updated my original post to include the fuel pump issue Sanchez just posted about. I can't believe I forgot that one, I just had that fixed on the 06 I recently bought. Mods: Is there a way to make the original post not get archived? |
