From Jlnance: - Throttle body. Affects 06 This is not a particularly common failure, but it does occur. The rod containing the throttle body butterfly will sometimes snap in half. A replacement throttle body is about $500, which is obscene. People are currently investigating solutions which do not require throttle body replacement. links? Throttle shaft is not available as a replacement part. New12r had an improved replacement fabricated by a machinist; see post here: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show .cgi?tpc=142838&post=1366520#POST1366520 | ||
