Flash to pass sounds neat, but I had some spare aluminum and lots of time this week. I made a simple bracket to hold a button and hid the remote under the nose.
Any thoughts?

Hmm good idea, I am out of space and need more room for random buttons, I might steal that |

Very nice. I like it as well. Been thinking about where/how to mount a (PTT) push to talk switch where it will be convenient. I WILL steal that! Thanks for the innovative idea. |

Ourdee, it's been a few months since I've seen my bike because I'm in Iraq and I've been wondering where to wire up the opener when I get back.....but I have to ask. Is that a bicycle bell on your handle bar? If that was stock I'm gonna be pissed cause I didn't get one. :-) |

Yep, It's the bell I had on my XL500S. I use it at work when leaving the parking lots. If a big truck is sitting by me at the exit, I ring it so that the driver looks over at me and laughs. Keeps them happy and I know they have seen me. Maybe they wont turn across my path. |
