Both the Buell and Aprillia don't have Desmodromic valve actuation like the Ducati. Ducati's have always been up-classed because of this in most all sanctioning bodies, at least here in the states.

Then why were the 848's running the FX class last year (unlimited mods 600's)

President Kennedy gave his famous "Moon" speech on May 25, 1961. I didn't realize until just now how big a bunch of idiots NASA was. They should have landed on the moon a year or two later, not eight years later! Lazy bastards. Obviously they had no idea what they were doing........

Without having any knowledge about the AMA sportbike rules, but just looking at the results I think it is clear that the success is 100% based on the riders talent. So Danny Eslick should get all the credit.

All the other Buells or the 1000cc V-2 Aprilias are not competitive. So it is fair to run the 1125 in the class. It took a great rider to put it on top.
