>>>As long as some idiot lawyer on THEIR side doesn't start hassling ME about using THEIR name Did you file the namestyle? You likely did when you files articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State. I recall when I've incorporated and filed certificates of domestication in CA and TX that they did a required name search. I'd just make sure I had my copy proving constant use since ____. May not hurt to be a bit proactive. Just a thought. |

Sounds silly . . . but whenever I have one of those "middle of the night" ideas . . I jot it down, mail it to myself the next morning and lock the sealer and postmarked envelope in a safe. Call me anal. . . . others have called me a similar name. |

Shawn confirmed on his blog that he WILL be racing Superbike . . . but he's going to be on a basically Stock 1125R, so don't get your hopes up for a podium. It sounds like he may be able to make some improvements for later races. http://shawnhigbee.wordpress.com/

I heard that SB pays pretty good in the lower finishing positions. Maybe he can make enough to come out ahead. BTW great pic. |

I believe that Daytona Superbike or whatever it is called has the highest payout across the board. |
