because i don't know much about buells i ask you guys for a help again. How does the servo that is in airbox works? I had airbox down to see it work but when i start the bike nothing happened with it, even if i put some more gas the servo didn't move at all. It looks like it doesn't work at all... But the bike is running good.... i think.... |

it when you're cranking on the engine thats when the servo kicks in.... when you're testing it, have the engine idle.. and then rip the throttle open, and you'll see the servo at work the buell exhaust is semi-restrictive for its great torque.... but when you need some HORSE POWER, you need to increase the flow from the exhaust to make it less restrictive, so thats why this system is on the bike.. kinda like honda's VTeck (Message edited by ochoa0042 on February 18, 2009) |

It's always closed, except WOT. |

It's open only full throttle @ more than 5,000rpm. |

If you don't have ecmspy to disable it, just velcro it to the top of the lid. |

Key off, hold the throttle at WOT. Turn key on (do not start). The EVA should cycle fully if it's working properly. |
