is there anybody here who could build a custom mono shock mount? I explain: I now run on my S1 a WP top of the line that I bought used on Ebay and it previously was on an S1. my bike had a 16.5 shock on so when we went to put the new shock, we realize that the shock didn't fit on the bike! after many measurements, we realize that the shock was a weird size (15.5") and that the old bike the shock was on, had a 14.7 bracket. so I swapped bracket and finally fitted the new shock, but the shock being 15.5, had the final result of sensibly lowered the bike! since the WP has no rider height adjustment, I can't modify it. I'd like to bring the bike back at his previous rider height, so I'd need a custom made bracket. is there anyone here that works the aluminum and could build it a nice one for me? | ||

Ed, Check with Brinnutz. I just made a set of shop drawings for him to duplicate our top tree. He has a friend that owns a machine shop. Andy at Precison machine does nice work and is a sponsor but he has failed to respond to my last two requests for parts so I have to wonder, WTF? | ||
