Well guys I'm selling my 95 Buell S2 Thunderbolt or parting it out. Which ever will sell better. Runs good and strong. I just can't tell you how strong the engine is with the mods. She pulls hard!! You can get more power if you tune the carb right. I just don't have the skills or the time. And I don't want to get caught speeding. My job depends on my license. Out here in AZ. I have to smog the bike every dam year and its getting pretty freaking annoying. I have to waste my time and money to have someone lean it out, smog it and put it back to where it was. Its getting old. I'm going to get something newer so I don't have to deal with it anymore. O.K I'll start with the bads. My neighbor let the the bike drop to the left side on my moto trailer while loosening the straps. So it wasn't bad. Well nothing is good when you drop a motorcycle. Luckily it didn't fall off the trailer. Just to the side where it dropped on the trailer fender and cracked /scratched the paint. I ended drilling holes in the fairings for my Kuryaken saddle bags. They work great! Yes I know you're saying DRILLED! I have an extra set of red rear and tank fairings. Not white but which either way you'd want to go with it. It will need a new belt and front rotor and pads done sooner or later also. It have a new Gel battery and tires are good. I know I'm leaving out a few things but I'll add to it later. $3500. YOu can reach me at 805-431-3791. Leave a message if I don't answer because I work around heavy duty diesel engines. Thanks! Oh, man, you're killing me with the white. I have been looking to do an S2 with White Body work. I have an S2 in pieces, but it has yellow bodywork. I have purchased a new white tail section on ebay. My white tank cover has some bubbles. The white fender is not in good shape. Is that your red body work too? I have a Red S2 with white frame and wheels......If you do not sell it, keep me updated on parts. REX |

97s1, what Ratbuell is talking about is the S2 Owner registry that is kept here on the BadWeb under the Old School section / S2 Thunderbolt / Owners List. These bikes are very special and represent a pivotal point in BMC. The list started as a way to track the Signature Series covers and try to find the correct bike for them. The info we are collecting is as follows: VIN, build date (on the neck of the frame if you do not have the signature series documentation) color. location and probably some other info I forgot. You can send that info directly to me at f_skinner@yahoo.com. Nice looking bike. |

I know you want to sell the bike, but... There's a guy on the board who lives in AZ, he mentioned he leans out the carb via the air/fuel screw once a year for the smog inspection, rides it home and readjusts the screw for the rest of the year. Takes about a minute, lol. |

I'll get the info skinner. Its not a signature series though. Leaning out the carb wouldn't be hard. Knowing how much is the key. I don't want to blow my motor leaning it out to much. |
