This is JUST a feeler. I have a 2000 X1 that I purchased in July of 2007. The bike was originally purchased new from Frontier HD in Lincoln, NE. The original owner sold it to his son, who in turn sold it to me because his wife wasn't comfortable on it. (he replaced it with a gsxr 1000 - wtf?) Anyway, I've got maintenance records for every single detail that's ever been worked on. I'd love to provide accurate pictures, but I am rebuilding a 2002 X1 and will be swapping parts between the bikes as I desire. I'll try to list what I can think of that will be sold differently than what is in the pictures. stock buell mirrors instead of third eyes. stock rubber pegs instead of billet millenium pegs 2002 black plastics instead of 99 molten orange PM wheels instead of nuke blue stock seat OR select seat w/ blue piping instead of the select w/ orange piping pics can be seen here. Again - this bike is NOT ready to be sold yet, I just want to see how much interest is out there. Asking price will be a minumum of $4000. As my 2002 project comes to a close I'll have a better idea of what I want out of the 2000. My asking price is not the greatest deal ever offered. As long as we all know that, nobody has to waste their time by pointing it out  If there's not much interest then she's going to be a parts bike for my 2002. |
