Is there any doubt that SOMETHING went down in Kobe's hotel room Yes a hotchie momma came up and gave him a little something. The slept with somebody else and tried to say she was raped. Was he wrong for cheatin' on the wife, yes. Did he rape her, doubt it. Sorry back to Phelps, I don't care if he smokes, unless he's preaching not to and being a hypocrit..But this kids that get so much so young almost always take a wrong turn far worse than that. |

Alright, I give up. Who's the guy above that was cheering on 9/11 and more importantly who's the chick he was caught with?
As for as Phelps goes, his sponsorships were ending anyways. Oly athletes get exposure for 6 months (one year max) before they fade away.
Good thing I wasn't famous and camera phones did not exist when I was in college. |

Remember Gary Condit?
September of 2001, he was up to his eyeballs in the scandal regarding Chandra Levy's affair and disappearance.
Once 9/11 hit, he was off the hook, the investigation ended, and he was out of the news.
No one in the general public even noticed.

"Yeah, it was a matter of time. Good thing NO OTHER 23 year old has or will make a mistake.
I dont see other 23 year olds with an OWI and this...all while being a committee member for anti-drugs. He's a fricken hypocrite.
A mistake is the first OWI, this is just plain being an idiot. And he should be held accountable to his sponsors and the public. |

The standards for role models arent celebrated much in my opinion. I think sports players are way overrated and idolized too much anyways.
Everyone was hyped about the superbowl but the President just sought to add another guy to his cabinet that has tax problems.
