all you have to do to have both lights on is stick the switch in between bright and dim | ||

or you could just switch the high beam wire with the euro light wire, takes 2 minutes, do a search to learn more. I think it was just the contrast that made it appear to have both lights on. | ||

09 American models also have the center Euro light. | ||

I believe all the Lightning models have the center euro light socket, but do you mean the 09 models actually come with the bulb for the euro light? | ||
