I just went to see the dealer to see if there was any news about the Firebolt headlight recall. He said we won't be getting it here, (in Japan). Whats the deal with that? The recall bulletin clearly said it included the Japan model. My headlights are clearly F$%#ed so why wont they fix it? Did i pay any less money for my Buell? No. Are they any less dangerous than the faulty headlights in other countries? No. Could their failure lead to serious harm or injury including death? YES! Im a bit pissed off about this. We all waited for a fix for this problem, then the solution came but Im still waiting. Honestly I wouldnt have minded even paying for the new parts (probably what Ill have to do) if thats what the final outcome was. But it wasnt, everyone else got a free recall where is mine, let alone all the Firebolt riders in japan. If I could speak the language better Id be organizing some kind of protest. Anyone know the number of the Buell complaints department? I cant seem to find it on any of the websites. | ||
