Do Ulys come with a chase crew to carry your gear? I think that show probably started out as a good idea but it would have been a lot better with more details on the bikes and maybe testing the bikes ability to actually haul stuff which I understand the Uly does almost as well as the S2T. It seems to be more of a "places to visit" show than a bike show. I am glad they choose a Uly because it gives Buell some exposure and I do not think they say anything negative about the bike except that it does not handle well in slow city traffic which I have found the opposite is true of the Uly. Great city and great highway bike. Just my opinion. Frank |

lol Yeah they had a truck or two with crew. That away they had someone to go get gas when two of them ran out at the same time. Doing it all from what they could carry on the uly's would have been interesting but doubt programs would go that far. Some market exposure for Buell anyway. |

""The FASTER orange ones ran outta gas!"" No! The orange ones are just simply 'harder' on gas. . |

""Oh, and the Black ones have to try hard to be noticed"" There are only two types of Uly's ... the black ones, and all of the others that wish they were black. . |

Orange ones had to wheelie a lot to show even safety colors can be cool. |

What's the name of the program? Didn't see anything motorcycle related via their search function. |

The kid got the slower black one because he has less experience. |

You ever noticed the attention starved owners of Black Ulys always start this whose faster stuff. We owners of attention getting Orange Ulys need to be more understanding of those less fortunate. |

""You ever noticed the attention starved owners of Black Ulys always start this whose faster stuff. We owners of attention getting Orange Ulys need to be more understanding of those less fortunate."" Orange belongs on 'oranges' ... not motorcycles. . |

Why do you think the black ulys are the color they are? The stealth black is BECAUSE they are faster. |

Let it all out Johnny! I support you. Let all the pain out and soon you will see colors too. This is like a scene out of "Pleasantville." You know the movie where all the cool kids were in colors and all the squares were black and white. |

Yeah, this is a rerun, but still worth watching (with the sound turned down). Here are some other threads about it, including some angry and justified rants about the "personalities" on the series, and what they could have done to introduce the bikes. You'll enjoy the dialog on these threads...lots of classic BadWeb "wit". http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/142838/375369.html?1215881606 http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/142838/375989.html http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/142838/418401.html Just to make my post more interesting, I'm adding a shot from my 30-degree ride this weekend in rural Maryland, along an old railroad and river (always good roads to take!):
