If you go to MyLaps you'll see that HWT Ex and Nov ran with C SuperBike Nov. C Superbike appears to be all 600s. Alan Schmidt the HWT Ex winner had a lap 3 seconds faster than the fastest 600. I wander if Schmidt was getting everything out of his 1125 that he could? I wander if they all started together or in waves? I'll be riding HWT Nov (my first WERA race) at the next round in Las Vegas in 3 weeks and I can't wait to see what it's like to be on track with ~34 other bikes, mostly 600s. At my home track I don't do too bad against other novices riding 600's. At Fontana HWT Nov was won by a Triumph 675. Not sure how my 1125 will run against that. |

Those two buell riders, Schmidt & Ryan are part of the Latus Racing team that will be competing in the AMA Pro Series this year. The press release is over on Superbike Planet. |
