You can stop by today before 6 (I have to be in Fall River by 7), or saturday and sunday after 6. Mine is a little different, I laced a set of 17"s, but it shouldn't feel too different. |

I will be set up to do Fork rebuilds and whatever after this week. Just spent a small fortune on all the tools needed to do them. So if any of you need re-builds, Want to get some Valving/cartridge or new springs work done let me know. Suspension set up (sag/damping etc..etc..)is also available.... count me in sometime over the winter....i'm ready for all my 10k stuff and the forks were the only part i'm a little iffy on. is the pro series fork spring kit worth it?opinions |

If you go with Race Tech springs, you can get them more suited to your weight. Tripp can order those for you too. You might as well get everything you need for a full fork rebuild. Eric, I'm sure, will be more then happy to help. |

If you go with Race Tech Springs AND a re-valving (Race Tech Gold) you will wounder why you waited so long to do it..... Transforms your bike from ridding like a truck to a cadillac.(especially on a track/Twisty Road)....HUGE difference, Ask anyone who has done it.... Erik I will try to get down there on Sunday,After 6pm, or next week for sure...I have a company Xmas Party this Saturday and wont be home till Sunday...THANKS! |

****Torque, I am thinking the 125 will be the one we get, which "Version" is it?(L,E,LE) Let me know the price as well. I would rather get something a little big that he will grow IN TO than something he will grow OUT OF........ ****Chase....Cheap....Cheap...Let me know what you want to do to them and we can get it done when you are ready. ~~~I will be completely set up for forks by next weekend the latest...... |

If it's not the L, E, or LE, then it's the regular one with 14" rear and 17" front, drum brakes front and back. Get one of the L models with the 16"/19". |

Eric here's the deal on the TTR: 2001 TTR 125 regular model, drum brakes, kick start. all plastics are in good shape no breaks, some scratches. runs good, but needs the carb cleaned. he was gonna clean out the carb and throw a new clean front and rear fender on it, then put it on craigslist for $1000. he says if you're interested in it with the fenders that are on it you can have the bike for $650.00. he is my best friend and knows that i was asking for someone i know, so there's no bullshit with the bike as far as problems go. just a good little ride at a good price. Cheap for you, may not be cheap for my unemployed, no income self right now.... one of the reasons I am not in a rush on the bike... BUT, I popped the fork seal at the HHR4 back in Oct, and might as well give it some love, probably in excess of 75k, and I cant tell you the last time I serviced the forks... Chase |

eric and eric...just make sure when you get your own dirtbike it has a burly enough stator to support lights, that way you can legally ride from illegal riding spot to the next...and superbike toy store looks like it is pretty reasonable as far as pricing is concerened...i'll be ordering some stuff eventually...which may bring me to the pain killers with some single barell to change out some sneakers! |

Dirtbike pics
I have Devol Armor all over it, FMF Gold pipe & FMF silencer, extra front rim and front fender. Couldn't find the seat though. It's around here somewhere. The piston is gone because I think it was running too lean and detonated as you can kind of see in the picture of the piston. It had NO compression when I ripped it out. I could kick it over with my hand. The bike and motor have been sitting in my shed since I ripped it apart. You may get away with just honing it and slapping a new set of piston/rings in it. I was going to fix it but with my past knee problems I highly doubt that I will ride a dirtbike anytime soon or ever. |

-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ My wife sat down on the couch next to me as I was flipping channels. She asked, 'What's on TV?' I said, 'Dust.' And then the fight started. ================================================== ===================== My wife was hinting about what she wanted for our upcoming anniversary. She said, 'I want something shiny that goes from 0 to 150 in about 3 seconds.' I bought her a scale. And then the fight started. ================================================== =================== When I got home last night, my wife demanded that I take her someplace expensive... so, I took her to a gas station... And then the fight started.... ================================================== =================== After retiring, I went to the Social Security office to apply for Social Security. The woman behind the counter asked me for my driver's license to verify my age. I looked in my pockets and realized I had left my wallet at home. I told the woman that I was very sorry, but I would have to go home and come back later. The woman said, 'Unbutton your shirt'. So I opened my shirt revealing my curly silver hair. She said, 'That silver hair on your chest is proof enough for me' and she processed my Social Security application. When I got home, I excitedly told my wife about my experience at the Social Security office. She said, 'you should have dropped your pants. You might have gotten disability, too.' And then the fight started... ================================================== ============= My wife and I were sitting at a table at my high school reunion, and I kept staring at a drunken lady swigging her drink as she sat alone at a nearby table. My wife asked, 'Do you know her?' 'Yes,' I sighed, 'She's my old girlfriend. I understand she took to drinking right after we split up those many years ago, and I hear she hasn't been sober since.' 'My God!' says my wife, 'who would think a person could go on celebrating that long?' And then the fight started... ================================================== ========== I rear-ended a car this morning. So, there we were alongside the road and slowly the other driver got out of his car. You know how sometimes you just get soooo stressed and little things just seem funny? Yeah, well I couldn't believe it... he was a DWARF!!! He stormed over to my car, looked up at me, and shouted, 'I AM NOT HAPPY!' So, I looked down at him and said, 'Well, then which one are you?' And then the fight started... |

Torque... IF you have oil heat, and a genset, you should be able to get some heat, the furnace doesnt need more than about 15 amps once lit off...depending on how old it is... AND depending on your system, the pumps are only a couple amps... Chase |
