My Buell is running horribly! It won't idle at all and whenever you let off on the throttle it wants to die. It's got a Crane HI4 ignition and a stocker Keihin 40 carb. KK | ||

A friend told me the other day that sport bike track time is going to do a track day at the bluegrass road course next year around the end of april, has anyone else herd this. I checked the site and they have not posted the 09 schedule. I also went to the track site and it looks really cool, 3.5 mile course with many configurations, if this is true i hope to see some of you there. | ||

just found out that the trackday event will be april 11 and 12 the official schedule will not me out until jan 1st so sign up early im sure it will fill up fast. | ||

No Acqwolfe, I check it from time to time. Went to HS in Louisville (Fern Creek). Also went to EKU. Use to push an old Sportster around the roads in your area. I do miss some of those Kentucky roads. I have a friend in Louisville and one in London. Try to see them when I can. Next time I'm headed that way I'll let Ya'll know. Bill | ||

I'm NE of Nashville and could trailer a little ways to do some playing around. Let me know when and where. BTW Reepicheep, I'll be the 55yo fat guy on the 13yo Fourtrax ;+). I got the Fourtrax to putt around my back 5+ ac. Quite a challenge considering the hills and such. | ||

well i have got plenty of trails in my backyard, and access to many miles of trails including s tree offroad park in the daniel boon national forest all within riding distance of my house not to mention all the back roads for the bike. when it warms up this spring i would like to organize a ride all is welcome the more the better. i ride about every sunday if weather is not to bad so if your ever up this way let me know. | ||

Well it is getting closer to good weather, and I getting excited about the summer. As some of you know I am going try to plan a good ride around Eastern Kentucky and really hope to see some of you with us. I also want to plan an offroad ride, for bikes, atvs ect. Hey guys, thought I was the only Bueller in KY. Got my bike, '06 XB12S, back last August - my 1st and only bike and love it. Live in London, KY - commute back/forth to work in Somerset. Might try to meet up with you all if I get some time. On a side note, they're building a brand new Harley stealership here in London.....hopefully it includes an extensive Buell portion. Anyway, wanted to say Hi and give a brief intro. Later. | ||

Acgwolfe count me in on the E. Ky. ride. My friend and I do a loop down across Black Mtn., after riding the dragon this summer I think I like Black Mtn. better. Lots less traffic and it's closer although the road is not so hot in some places. This all depends on getting the motor back together, looks like I have to split cases which I really wasnt' wanting to do. As long as I'm ready by Memorial day it'll be a.o.k. Stevenc, welcome aboard, do you know who's building the stealership? I'm wondering if it's the same outfit from Lex. and Pike.? | ||

Thanks for the welcome. Not sure who's building it, but will post up if I find out. You guys ever checked out BuellXB.com. Full of Very informed and helpful buellers. Only thing is, no KY riders on there besides me. Anyway, hope to meet some of you in the future. Take care. | ||

IS IT EVER going to warm up?? March 2nd and it's not even going to get above freezing. It's a good thing all I have is a front end stuck to a frame or I'd be going crazy right about now. Cases have been split and once the flywheel is out it's going to be a speed build to get it done. Package from Al and Joanne leaving them tonight. | ||

Yeah, I've been wondering the same thing...."Is it ever going to warm up??". Looks like this weekend will be nice. Too bad I'll be in AL fishing for some nice Largemouths or Spots.......oh well. Guess my bike will have to remain on standby till I get back.  | ||

Mark: I spent 2 years in BG before seeing the light (and my true love) and moving south to TN ;+}. You should keep up with the middle TN/ Nashville riders since you are so close. I'm located about 2 miles off of 231, just across the Cumberland river. Frank (Buellsrule) live just North on 231. We are having a ride the first weekend in April and you or anyone else is more than welcome. Unfortunately, I'll be in STL, so the others will have to burn some turns w/o me. Time2Run Neil S. | ||

Rody, Awesome to see there's other Buellers so close. Spring is here, so I'll be juggling between my boy, fishing, and riding, but I'm definitely up for a ride. Have a particular route in mind? I see a LOT of riders coming down 30 by my house going towards Annville in Jackson Co. I hear it ends up "circling" back around into London. I'll see what I can find out. | ||

Neil: I will be attending that run. I hope to join Frank at his house and then on to Lebanon. Steve: I am available most weekends. Most of the riding I do is in this area and sometimes up to Mammoth Cave. I would love to head out into the mountains your way. Just let me know via email. | ||

Get the running list from Buellistic, there was once someone on here from Frankfort (about 40 miles east of you) but I haven't seen him posting lately. Come to think of it I haven't seen any of the Ky. Buellers posting lately. I'm about 100 miles east of you by way of the superslab. | ||
