I'm getting sick of everyone telling me I have a headlight out!!! Besides that little trigger on the left, is there anyway I can get both lights on when I start the bike? Not only would I have better lighting at night, but it'd probably look better too. Thanks.

A soon as I got my new service manual I try to get that one done. I want both at high beam but only one at low beam.
Worst case a schotky diode will have to do just that for me.

look inside left switch housing. find headlite switch, jumper blue and yellow wires together. this will leave the lo beam on.

I have both on with my switch at full high beam... Only one on low beam.

with the jumper( i soldered mine ) the lo stays on, the switch now controls the hi beam only. works just fine. ..... dean

M1... yes this mod is for the lightning. i think the bolt is already wired this way.
