Good question from the new guy. They're actually a rock group made up of Buell riders. Their lead guitarist has an Erik Buell-designed guitar! (yep, Erik is a rock guitar player) Motorcyclist Link

They don't have any dates set yet. I just want to get ahead of the tour... Shall we begin the begging and pleading? If someone could put in a good word, we could guarantee a great turn out. |

I saw them in Chicago about 4 years ago at the House of Blues where they performed the entire Operation Mindcrime live. Although entertaining, it was a bit lacking compared to their Madison WI performance in which part of the Operation Livecrime back in 1991 (can't remember the exact year). Overall, they are a still a great band, but I think there best performance was the recording of the Opertion Mivecrime album in 1988. Hard to beat what by many was considered a perfect recording. |

Well, I hear that Fletchers may be the last standing Buell dealership between the two bridges here. So maybe they will have a ride starting there this year. They wouldn't even have to wait for spring. |

Quennsryche Coming to Tampa !!! Count me in. I knew i could count on you Pammy to get a jump on the situation. And Yes is would be really cool if they showed up at Fletchers for a ride. That dealership is really into Buells, Wouldn`t surprise me if they are one of the last ones standing. JT should just park the RSS in the front window. S1Eric |

I would love for Queensryche/Buell to come to the Tampa Bay area to do a ride for Save the Music. I would love for the ride to originate here but since I am not a dealer, the next best thing would be for the ride to start at Fletchers HD in Clearwater. That would be a great day. Thr riding here isn't as exciting as the riding in areas where it it is not so flat and straight, but we are just as enthusiastic. Maybe a ride to the drag strip and some fun and games there....just a thought. |

Queensryche! GO SEEM THEM! THEY WILL BLOW YOUR DOORS OFF! I have seen the band several times and two times recently as a photographer! If you take a look at the pic of Mike Stone playing the guitar pictured above in the 25 Years of Buell Court and Dave put together, I captured that shot when the band passed through Portland. Thanks again Court and Dave! Just recently I was able to shoot the band and actually had the privilege of meeting Mike Stone. He is an awesome guy! Took the time to talk, shoot the bull about motorcycles and signed my Buell hat I was wearing (now retired along with my other Buell hat's signed by the other guy pictured above). Here is a few pics I snapped, the first two were from a couple of years ago and the last two are from this year...

Those are excellent pictures! I saw the blurb in a local bike mag that QR was going to do the tour again. It also sez to visit their website for details...alas, no details and only one tour date. Lets see if we can get them do do a repeat performance of last year(but with a visit closer to home here). What say you all? Speak up. Please...Thank you |

Thank you Pammy! The band is playing on 4-16-2009 up here in the NW (good chance I'll be shooting that show). Its the only show listed currently. They are a touring band (one of the reason's they are so good), so I would expect more dates to be listed soon. Also Pammy, send me an offline message, I have contact information that may be of some help! -Jim |
