I think it would be cool to have a cover with no "X" and "Buell" and use the Hillbilly F.A.S.T. system. The X is held on almost a adhesive like super glue. After I removed mine, I couldn't get the residue off without damaging the cover. If you find something that works, I'd love to know because I just glued mine back on
