Thunder Press (a free paper at my dealer) is good Throne-Of-Knowledge and red light reading for me (while driving a car), though it mostly focuses on the more stereotypical events surrounding the H-D "lifestyle". They DO show a lot of love to the newest Buell products (including a review of the Buell handlebar bag. Wow! It needed a review?). Here's the latest: http://www.thunderpress.net/MONTH_ARTICLE-pdfs/200 8/0908/BuellUlysses/BuellUlysses.shtml Interesting - a great, long, adventure, riding/camping story in northern CA. The writer takes the XT off-road, though he knows it is more pavement-focused. Also in the October issue is also a short but very positive review of Court's and Dave Gess' book, "25 Years of Buell". Sorry, the website doesn't have a link to it. Good stuff! |

I've got the handlebag bag and love it . . . I may buy the book but not until I read the review.

Hilarious, Court... The review of the book is more matter-of-fact...it mostly talks about how unique Buells are and about Erik and his vision. LESS so about the brilliant prose of Mr. Court and his colleague (I haven't read the book, but I'm an aspiring writer, so I'll suck up where I can). I'm planning to start an original thread about this, but does anyone run their own motorcycling blog or follow anyone who does? I'm thinking about getting into the game.
