I have been offered a new 2008 for $10,935 OTD. Is it a good deal? I still have to pay slaes tax when I get plates.

Just a suggestion... since the latest remap, etc, PLUS the emblem that has "25th Anniversary" PLUS with Erik's name emblazoned on it, maybe looking at a 2008R isn't a bad idea and may be a good investment. (The first year of production, 25th ann., and with Erik's name...)

Of course all of that is above and beyond a great running and great handling bike!
