They say one man's junk is another man's treasure. Well, I have a couple of projects in mind that need some 'raw materials' that others may think are junk. One item is a Forcewinder rain sock. It doesn't need to be perfect, so if you have a damaged one (ripped, torn, cut), it is exactly what I need to start one of my projects. If this project turns out like I am hoping, I'll be sure to post up the results when it's done. For the second item, I'd like to see if anyone has a spare XB fuel cap laying around. For my second project idea, a cap without any keys would be perfectly fine, if not preferred. So can anyone help me out with either? 1313  | ||

I forgot another trash/treasure need/want. Anyone have a left side hand control that they feel is useless? I'd like to find one that the headlight switch is good in cosmetic condition and in good working order, so something from a totaled bike would be perfectly fine for this project. Or heck, even a race bike take off part would work - last time I checked race bikes didn't have headlights, horns or turnsignals... Thanks for whatever anyone is able to come up with, 1313 |
