The pricing I saw last week at a dealership up here in Canada was 16999 for the Fighter, and 21499 for the Fighter S. This didn't reflect the sour turn in the canadian dollar so the canadian prices will be probably hit by a 15% increase. |

Interesting that state of the art brembo radials are creeping out towards the perimeter of the wheel. |

Maybe someone will figure out how to mount them to the outer perimeter of the rim! |

That thing above, IMHO, is the sexiest thing I've ever seen out of Ducati. But just looking at that seat makes my ass hurt. ~SM |

Its been launched on Duc's web page. I was hoping for more pics with color options, but it looks like we got two of the best ones already. |

THe fork rake angle looks greater than 24.5 degrees. Are they building a chopper now? Looks ok... |

How, wince the 1125CR was just released, do you think sales figures will compare. To me, it looks kinda busy. I'm a big fan of the good 'ol Miguel Galluzzi mobile. |

I like it alot, but stll prefer the "HD" Brutale (if and when they decide to start shipping them again). The Ducati's cans look a little big to me and the lower fairing looks somehow unfinished. |

Sweet! But the fairing looks like it is sitting to low! Drop the fairing and twist the throttle! Looks Fast!! |

I'd slap a V-Rod headlight on it and call it a day. |

Screw that im going to put a XB lightning headlight setup on this. Get rid of those nasty cans hanging off the side and im all good. This thing is badass.. |

fit looking ride that is...with that said though: duc = beautiful motorcycle engineered exceptionally well and well suited to any track outing if you have the funds. buell = the one you ride all the time and plenty handy at the track as well with much less funding needed and on the harley engined ones you can get them worked on almost anywhere in the world. on the street, keeping in shouting distance of the laws, riding every day i'll take a buell...and for a second bike i will get a ktm or triumph first anyways. I don't know. it looks over done. I don' like the double barrel exhaust or the lower chin fairing. |

I wonder why they stuck with the old 1098 motor? Maybe they had to many on hand, and this is there way of getting rid of them? Maybe next year we'll see the naked 1198! I'm not a fan of the looks (too bad to, I like the monsters, but this is just to busy, and that fairing and chin don't look right) But I'd sure like to ride one! |

Any cosmetic changes to this bike would be to replace the chin spoiler with one that looks like the x1's (or xb's), then move one of those giant exhausts to the other side (much like they have it in the monster's already). Then i would stretch the tail section a little bit and lower it slightly so there's not such a gap between the tail and the tire. Also, i would raise the current headlight setup a couple of inches, and then stretch those brembo's all the way to the rim so it doesn't look so "busy" in there (and also to remind me of a certain motorcycle that got it right). |
