Anybody know first hand if the optional xb12ss lightning long touring seat will fit the xb12stt bike ? | ||

I don't think it will fit without adding the passenger peg kit and parts. It seems the rails that the seat attaches to have to be changed from the original STT setup to support the SS seat. If you look at a Ventura rack setup for both the SS and STT you can see the original STT rails look narrower and the rack is exposed down the outside of the seat as opposed to sitting inside the seat support on an SS. I own an STT set up like this but that is how I bought it. The original STT seat swaps back directly with the SS seat after you add the pessenger kit. | ||

I have a TT and i put a Lightning® Long Sport Seat on - no worries. Any lightning long seat will fit imho | ||
