10,570 miles on the ol' TT now. Average mileage: 38.95 How are you other 08 owners doing? ....by the way, I'm still on my original syncs, although the rear is completely bald and showing come cord. The entire surface is completely smooth except an inch wide strip on the outer edges. | ||

less than 39 mpg seems really low! I average 55 on my XB12X and I don't hang about. I even got about 50mpg over 800 miles fully kitted plus a pillion. | ||

Its well documented here that the 08+ models get less fuel economy than the 07 and older models. If you haven't yet, get your bike reflashed to the latest programming from your dealer, it will get you a few more miles per gallon. Good luck, I am going out for a ride on my XB12 that has gotten 70+mpg once  | ||

08 Uly here. last tank I got a 41 mpg. my best has been 45mpg. 7800 mi. Worst tank 32mpg. | ||

2008 XB12R 6500 miles. Started riding it in early June. Best mph 43, worst 29(when new), avg 39. | ||

Averaging 43 mpg on my 09 XB12XT which is currently at about 3,000 miles. Best 45, worst 40. |
